MAC has chosen four new faces for its Viva Glam VI campaign. The famous pusses belong to Debbie Harry, Eve, Dita Von Teese and Lisa Marie Presley. The MAC AIDS Fund has raised over $45 million thus far. The new campaign will launch October 2006 and will be shot by Michael Thompson.
Drag star RuPaul famously posed in the Viva Glam I campaign in 1994, followed by other celebrity models like k d Lang, Mary J. Blige, Lil' Kim, Elton John, Shirley Manson, Liza Minelli, Pamela Anderson, Boy George, Chloe Sevigny (sorry, I have no idea how to type in umlauts), Missy Elliott, and Christina Aguilera. Judging by this list, and their newest lineup, MAC seems to favor drag queens. Read more here.
