LOVE IS ALL | Knitting Factory Review
Love Is All played the Knitting Factory on Friday. I have been waiting for this show since their last short set during Night Time at Don Hill’s in November. It was a late set and I am sure the place was packed as soon as the doors opened. Something about the exuberance and cheery innocence of Josephine Olausson voice over the brightness of saxophone just makes me smile—and want to dance. People were moving so much the floors were shaking; there was even crowd surfing. Love Is All was fun; too bad I can’t have nine times the same show.
Amrit, BrooklynVegan, and Jerry Yeti also enjoyed the show.
Set list:
Talk Talk Talk Talk / Ageing Had Never Been His Friend (I Keep) / Used Goods / Spinning and Scratching / Felt Tip / Busy Doing Nothing / NYA / Make Out Fall Out Make Up / New Beginning // “Oldies but goldies.” (2)
More photos after the jump.
